Here’s how it works:

1) As soon as you have a buyer or seller to refer to our group from December 1, 2006 through November 15, 2007, just call or e-mail their name and number to us. (Be sure your referral knows we’ll be contacting them.)
2) For the first referral, you will receive one entry ticket to win the trip.
3) For the second referral, you will receive two additional entry tickets for the trip, (third referral receives three entry tickets, etc.).
4) In addition, if you buy and/or sell, or complete both transactions with us during the promotional period, you will receive up to three entry tickets.
5) All of our clients and customers will automatically have one entry in the giveaway event.
6) Additional entries may be received via a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network. Each donation received prior to the Client Appreciation Party should be sent to:

7) On Thursday, November 15, 2007, at our Referral Vacation Getaway Giveaway party at Dave & Buster’s in Rockville, we will conduct a drawing and the big winner will be chosen.
8) This is a giveaway and by no means a contest.
The fine print: John Burgess Real Estate Group will provide a 3 night / 4 day getaway ($1500 value). John Burgess Real Estate Group assumes no liability in conjunction with the trip/getaway. Family members of the John Burgess Real Estate Group are not eligible to participate in the giveaway (sorry!) but are strongly urged to continue to refer all buyers and sellers to the Group.
