* Evaluate current market conditions and momentum to determine how they will affect the rental of client's property.
* Photograph property for publicity purposes.
* Discuss how to properly "stage" property for the fastest rental at the best price.
* Determine marketing and advertising schedules.
* Prepare an attractive and comprehensive information folder for display in client's property.
* Enter property into the multiple listing service (MRIS) and install "For Rent" sign (as applicable) - complete with "Take One" box and lock box on door.
